Jon-Mark Williams is the Director of Industrial Property Management for Thirty-Four Commercial. His experience of almost 20 years in the real estate industry spans multi-family, retail, office, flex, and industrial. He is highly skilled in general contracting, budget creation and implementation, forecasting financials, acquisition and disposition, marketing, and turning-around of undervalued and repositioning properties.

Prior to joining Thirty-Four, Jon-Mark earned numerous outstanding performance awards as a property manager at Camden Property Trust. The awards honored his ability to control costs and increase revenue, while staying ahead of current trends.
